Exposure to business modelling, operations excellence and process control methods. Knowledge of marketing and communications will be useful. Well formed understanding of digital transformation as an idea. CBAP, CCBA certification is a prerequisite. Experience with agile/scrum techniques and certification in CSPO/ PSPO 2 certification will be preferred.
