On Monday, Zyxware Technologies joined hands with millions of Debian fans around the world to celebrate the release of Debian 8 “Jessie”, the latest stable version of the popular Debian distro. Debian is one of the oldest and most popular GNU/Linux distributions in the world, used by millions of users on both servers and desktops. Debian 8.0 (Jessie) computer operating system, the biggest and most advanced release to date, was released globally on Saturday, April 25, 2015.

The Debian Jessie Release party, held on April 27th, provided an opportunity to promote free software, build awareness among our people regarding Debian philosophy, and to introduce the SDLC practices followed by the Debian Project to the various teams in the organization. The celebrations were held in Zyxware's offices in Sasthamangalam, Technopark, and Cochin.

The event kick-started with a welcome speech by Mr. Binny Thomas, Project Lead, followed by a presentation on Debian, its history, and GNU/Linux distributions by Mr. Anoop John, Founder and C.T.O, Zyxware Technologies. Later, several programs were held including poster exhibition, a quiz competition on Debian, distribution of prizes to the winners, and a cake-cutting ceremony.

The event also saw the formal launch of the "Employee of the year 2015" award by the Quality Evangelist team. The award seeks to recognize the unique and valuable contributions of our people and to reward those who have stayed true to our core values. The award is a humble recognition of the vision, ability, perseverance, and commitment of those who have enriched the organization with their exceptional contributions.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. Binny Thomas and Mr. Anoop John, Founder and C.T.O, Zyxware Technologies.

You can still host your site with us. If you have decided on the plan that you want just make the payment either directly to our bank account or at our office and we can set up the hosting plan for you. If you wish you can also transfer your domain name to us so that you can manage both your domain name as well as your hosting at the same provider. When a company takes up a project with a client they normally will have to sign an agreement with the client that neither party will disclose information that will be shared as part of the project to anybody else and that the information shared shall not be used for creating competing products/services by the company. This is a standard document that needs to be signed for most projects. This document is also referred to as Non Disclosure Agreement. We are publishing our Confidential Disclosure Agreement here. Feel free to copy and use for your needs. Business Solution Agreements CDA NCA nithin (not verified) access_time 18 Sep 2021 - 01:23 In the event of a dispute, what is the legal validity of such a document? webmaster access_time 18 Sep 2021 - 01:23 In reply to Legal validity by nithin (not verified) The validity would depend on how you register the contract. I think you can have a legally binding contract registered between two parties. There is an Indian Contracts Act that deals with such issues. You can please refer that or talk with a lawyer ;) Shailendra (not verified) access_time 18 Sep 2021 - 01:23 Hi, I would like to know whether this Agreement can be printed on a Company Letterhead to be legally enforceable or does it need to be done on a Stamp Paper only? If on a Stamp Paper, then of what value? Thank you, Regards, Shailendra Naveena (not verified) access_time 18 Sep 2021 - 01:23 In reply to What is the Substrate that should be used for this Agreement? by Shailendra (not verified) It has to be ideally on Rs. 50 stamp paper, or refer to the state stamp Act where it is executed. In case of other party being an International client, in such a case on letter head or original sheets. Anonymous (not verified) access_time 18 Sep 2021 - 01:23 Can a non compete agreement be voided if it only has the day and month on it, the year was not completey filled (200 )? It was signed by both parties, without dates by signatures. Thank tx
