To address this, an automated testing framework was implemented using Selenium Java, TestNG, and a data-driven approach. This resulted in ~93% test automation for the module, a ~75% reduction in regression testing time, significantly broader test coverage (including edge cases), faster defect detection, and improved overall software quality and team productivity, enabling quicker, more reliable releases.
