As part of its planned growth strategy, Zyxware has increased its infrastructure capacity to accommodate 130 people till December 2015. This is a major move aimed at promoting sustained growth and operational efficiency in the organization.

The company expects to end financial year 2014-15 with 75 people on board. By March 2016, Zyxware targets to hire over 200 people; a crucial step in enhancing its capabilities across various domains.

Quite recently, the company opened it's new office in Technopark, Trivandrum, marking a significant milestone in its larger objective of achieving Rs.100 crores and 1,000 people by 2018-19. "The objective behind acquiring space in Technopark was to move towards a scalable model for infrastructure and also to build capacity for expansion. We now have capacity for our growth plans for the next one year. Also, it increases our visibility in the IT ecosystem in Kerala and outside." said Mr. Thomas P. Thomas, CEO, Zyxware Technologies. This strategic move would also enable Zyxware to enhance the scope and quality of services to cater to the fast growing network of global clients.
