The client, a Drupal-based digital platform serving luxury real estate agents across the United States and Canada, sought to eliminate the manual effort involved in creating branded property marketing materials. Previously, generating Canva templates required significant designer involvement, leading to delays, high costs, and inconsistent branding. To address this, a fully automated Canva integration was developed using a custom Drupal module. The solution pulls agent data directly from platform profiles and automatically generates personalized, pre-approved Canva templates whenever an agent profile is created or updated. The system operates asynchronously, ensuring scalability, reliability, and minimal administrative intervention. As a result, agents now receive ready-to-use, on-brand marketing templates in under 10 minutes, a dramatic improvement from the earlier hours-long turnaround. Brand consistency has been standardized across all materials, creative team dependency has been significantly reduced, and overall agent satisfaction has increased. The flexible, API-driven architecture also ensures the solution is future-ready, enabling easy extension to new templates and marketing tools.

LUXVT is a digital marketing enablement platform that supports real estate agents across the U.S. and Canada, helping them market luxury properties to high-end homeowners. As the subscribers grew, managing revenue from subscription as well as success fee and usage became a tedious manual job involving data entry due to lack of integration between the platform built on Drupal and billing done via ZohoCRM. This created inefficiencies, limiting scalability and hindering real-time insights. To address this, LUXVT aimed to integrate the platform with Zoho CRM, automating the flow of agent and property listing data to improve accuracy, reduce delays, and support business growth. Our team developed a custom Drupal module that mapped critical fields like agent details and property listings to corresponding Zoho CRM modules for billing and accounting. The integration included secure API connections, token refresh mechanisms, and automated workflows for managing contacts, accounts, products, and sales orders. Features like error logging and auto-retry ensured reliable synchronization, while phased deployment allowed for smooth implementation and scaling. The solution led to an 85% reduction in manual data entry, faster lead processing, and improved client engagement through real-time updates. Consolidated data empowered the marketing team with better insights for revenue management, enabling more effective targeting and follow-ups. To solve this, a customizable listing experience was implemented using a decoupled Drupal backend integrated with a Next.js frontend. Agents can now personalize listings through a range of features—selectable fonts and color schemes, hero images or videos, video and aerial footage uploads, custom subdomains, and branded logos. A user-friendly backend form and robust API service support these customizations, ensuring seamless data flow between the backend and frontend. The outcome is a highly flexible, visually rich platform that allows agents to deliver distinctive property presentations, stand out in a competitive market, and enhance engagement with potential buyers.
