Art Fertility Clinics (AFC) partnered with us to enhance the accessibility of their General Enquiry Form and services section, ensuring WCAG 2.1 compliance. The form previously posed major barriers for users with disabilities—missing labels, poor keyboard navigation, low contrast text, and unstructured content made it hard to access essential healthcare information.
We addressed these challenges by adding descriptive labels, improving keyboard navigation, restructuring content with clear headings, and applying high-contrast, readable design. Accessibility testing with real assistive technologies ensured a smooth user experience.
Outcome: Users like Sarah, a visually impaired visitor, can now explore services and submit enquiries independently. The result is a more inclusive, patient-friendly digital experience that supports AFC’s mission to make fertility care accessible to all.

3ieimpact, a global public-sector organization supporting researchers and policymakers, sought to improve the accessibility of their mailing list subscription form to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA standards. The existing form presented multiple barriers for users with disabilities, including poor screen reader support, inadequate keyboard navigation, low contrast issues, and unclear error messaging.
We conducted a comprehensive accessibility audit and restructured the form using semantic HTML and ARIA attributes. Enhancements included proper focus management, improved color contrast, accessible error messages, and full keyboard navigability. These updates were rigorously tested using assistive technologies like NVDA and JAWS.
As a result, the form achieved full WCAG 2.2 AA compliance, significantly improving usability for all users, especially those with visual or motor impairments.
