Zyxware Starts US Subsidiary DxForge Inc

Zyxware has formally started its on the ground operations in the US with its subsidiary DxForge Inc head quartered in Hackensack, NJ. Anoop John, Founder and CTO of Zyxware has moved to the US to set up the operations of the US subsidiary and build a team for the US subsidiary.

With the explosive growth of Drupal in the enterprise market in the US it is imperative that we get closer to our current and future clients to be able to continue to deliver value to their businesses. As Drupal establishes its credibility as a leader in the Digital Transformation space the relevance of close engagement with the client stakeholders becomes even more important for the success of Drupal projects.

DxForge Inc is established as a Delaware C corporation and is registered to operate in the state of New Jersey as a foreign qualified corporation. We are also looking to continue to operate under the Zyxware brand in the US market. DxForge Inc also is registered to do business as (dba) Zyxware Technologies. We are planning to start offices in New Jersey and California in the current year and expand to other states in the coming years.
