Zyxware Technologies organized a two-day leadership development programme on January 9 & 10 with the objective of identifying future leaders internally who could effectively contribute towards building a strong organizational culture. The programme aimed at recognizing, assessing, and developing the competence of potential candidates who are capable of taking up leadership roles of considerable scope and responsibility.

At Zyxware, we firmly believe that building powerful leadership capabilities is fundamental to a company's continued growth and success. The leadership programme sought to provide a strengthened framework to achieve the organization's ambitious target of Rs.100 crores and 1,000 people by 2018-19.

The programme, primarily attended by mid to senior level managers, featured separate sessions. On January 9, a participatory workshop on leadership journey, coordinated by Mr. Rajendran Vasudevan, was held at the Government Engineering College, Barton Hill, Thiuvananthapuram. The session was based on the 360 degree feedback reports shared individually with each of the participants, and focussed on exploring the organisational strengths and weaknesses and the areas that need to be addressed to gain competitive advantage.

The next day's session involved an introduction to the leadership session handled by Thoughts Academy, Trivandrum, followed by several fun-filled outbound activities. Outbound Training is mainly intended to enhance organizational performance by means of experiential learning. The training activities were designed to identify and improve leadership capabilities, communication skills, change management, teamwork, and motivation. The session was held at Maria Rani Centre, Sreekariyam, Thiruvananthapuram. (Photo Gallery)
