Zyxware Technologies is engaged in the business of software consultancy and development services. We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing activities across multiple geographies. The candidate should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The Assistant Marketing manager will work with the marketing team, sales teams and solution teams to launch campaigns, build event calendars, create awareness of our company etc. The selected candidate will be placed at our office in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
  • Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
  • Planning events across geographies based on our skillset and expertise
  • Plan Webinars for selected audience based on our expertise areas
  • Help in building sales campaigns, design email templates for prospects along with sales team
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Talk to analysts and advisors and help in brand building
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple geographies
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendors like OEMs
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and emerging geographies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

We are looking for the following attributes:

  • Minimum 5-7 years post qualification experience
  • MBA / PGDBM in marketing
  • Proven working experience in digital and classical marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in marketing in IT services company is a must
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing
  • Good communication skill is a must
