Lead Generation

Optimizing Lead Generation and Enhancing Security for Manappuram Finance’s "Enquire Now" Section

Manappuram Finance Limited, a prominent NBFC in India, sought to enhance its website’s lead generation capabilities by implementing a secure and user-friendly “Enquire” form. The objective was to provide a seamless customer experience while ensuring data authenticity through OTP verification and reCAPTCHA, in line with TRAI guidelines. A key challenge was limited QC access to the client-managed Lead Management System (LMS), which made it difficult to validate form submissions end-to-end. The team overcame this by collaborating closely with the client, using real user data, and coordinating joint testing efforts. As a result, the form was implemented successfully, achieving a defect-free, secure, and scalable solution that improved customer trust and significantly boosted lead generation.

Enhancing Marketing Efficiency with a Drupal-Based Campaign Landing Page System

Manappuram Finance Ltd., a major Indian NBFC, sought to accelerate its digital marketing efforts by eliminating developer dependency for campaign landing pages. The company needed faster campaign execution, centralized performance data, more real-time updates and readiness for data-driven insights. To address this, a Drupal-based landing page builder was implemented using layout builder modules and reusable components, allowing the marketing team to independently create, update, and analyze landing pages. The result was a drastic improvement in campaign launch speed—from 3 days to 3 hours—enhanced agility, and improved decision-making through centralized campaign data, all while reducing reliance on IT teams.

Enhancing Quality and Speed: LUXVT Cuts Regression Testing Time by 75% with Test Automation

LUXVT, a digital platform for luxury real estate, faced slow and costly manual regression testing for its tour creation feature, hindering development speed and limiting test coverage. To address this, an automated testing framework was implemented using Selenium Java, TestNG, and a data-driven approach. This resulted in ~93% test automation for the module, a ~75% reduction in regression testing time, significantly broader test coverage (including edge cases), faster defect detection, and improved overall software quality and team productivity, enabling quicker, more reliable releases.
