List of Government Regulatory Compliance items for Companies in Kerala, India

Zyxware default image1

Every country has a legal framework that regulates its businesses. While this covers a host of aspects to regulate the externalities of businesses, some of the more common ones pertain to taxation and labor laws. Compliance with these laws takes the form of a set of periodic returns/reports filing and associated payments (taxes and contribution to labor welfare schemes). The periodicity and the nature of payments vary across different countries and at times across different states. We have put together the list of main government institutions that companies in Kerala have to work with, the necessary compliance action that is to be undertaken by the company with respect to the specific institution, periodicity of action, and associated payments. We put this together to ensure that we continue to be on the right side of the law and render unto Caeser what is due to Caeser.
