He is responsible for heading the HR team in managing and streamlining the entire gamut of HR functions, proactively create the business plan and cost – effective strategies and policies and implementing the same to achieve the company's vision and long-term objectives. He has worked with e-Mudhra Consumer Services Ltd., Microsoft India (R&D) Private Limited, and Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, ISRO. He has a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cochin University of Science & Technology and PGDM in Human Resource Management from Christ University Institute of Management, Bangalore.
