Get Atheros AR242x 802.11abg Wireless Driver Working in Ubuntu

Got Atheros AR242x 802.11abg Wireless device and have problems to make it work with Ubuntu? I had this same issue while i was trying to install Ubuntu in an ASUS netbook.
