Simple news module is used to integrate newsletter subscriptions to a drupal website. Simplenews publishes and sends newsletters to lists of subscribers

After you have enabled the module, a new content type called Simplenews newsletter and also a new vocabulary called Newsletter are created. Go to admin/people/permissions and enable subscription to newsletters for anonymous and authenticated users.

Before you start, create the your first newsletter through from the path admin/config/services/simplenews and configure the newsletter category. By default there is a newsletter. Modify it.
