[SOLVED][Drupal Boost] Site users redirected to the Boost cache url page without the theme when typing the domain

A Drupal user had encountered a situation in their Drupal site using Boost caching in which the site users were redirected to the Boost cache url of the page without the theme when typing the domain in the browser. This scenario can occur when

  • The CSS files in your site have changed (added or removed) causing Drupal to re-aggregate the files. but the Boost cache did not expire.
  • This CSS Aggregation can occur in two cases
    • One of your modules includes a CSS/JS file conditionally.
    • A CSS file was added to the theme.
  • All in all, the scenario occurs when the Drupal core cache has been flushed but the Boost cache was not flushed.
  • The solution to this problem is to clear the Boost cache.
