About the Service
1. You can request only for software with OSI compatible licenses currently.
2. We will be charging you for the media and for shipping and handling expenses. (CD-Rs.15, DVD-Rs.25, S&H-Rs.35)
3. We will be sending the CDs/DVDs via VPP of Department of Posts, India.
4. Limited to 3 CDs or 1 DVD per request.
5. This service is currently available only in India.

Steps to request for CD/DVD
1. First you must click the Request CD/DVD link above and enter your details - Name, phone number, email and the address to which the CDs/DVDs are to be sent. Once you are registered you are ready to continue on to the next step.
2. In this second step you have to let us know of the software you need. You can either select from the list of available softwares or can enter details about a new software (which is compatible with the OSI licenses). The software you select will be displayed in a list. Once you complete the list of software you need, click the finish button. After finishing this process, we will send a confirmation mail to the email address provided by you in the first step.
3. Once you get the email, click on the confirm link in the email to confirm the request.
4. After you confirm the request, we will process it and verify newly added softwares(if any) and then send you a mail regarding the current status of your request.
5. If the Total Amount for your CD/DVD request goes above Rs.200, then money should be paid in advance in favour of Zyxware Technologies ICICI A/c number : 038905000454 (Trivandrum, Kowdiar Branch). Only after receipt of the amount will we send the CDs/DVDs in such cases.
6. We will then download the requested software(s), burn the CDs/DVD and mail them to you by VPP(Value Payable Post) where you have to pay the cost of the media on delivery, or Courier where you pay up front.
