Zyxware Technologies is engaged in software development and consultancy. Our chosen technology platform is Drupal, an Open Source Software. Zyxware Technologies are the second-largest Drupal company from India and ranked amongst the top 10 Drupal companies globally. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to ensure stability and growth through the account by effective management of client accounts. The selected candidate will work from the Saudi Arabia location.

Specifically, the Person will be Responsible for the Following:

  1. Manage our relationship with key client accounts in Saudi Arabia by creating meaningful engagements with clients and generating sustained revenue from the relationship.
  2. Establish relationship with individuals in key decision making roles within the client organisation.
  3. Map the growth objectives, strategies and specific initiatives of the client that are relevant to our business and build annual forecasts, plans and budgets in consultation with the client.
  4. Align stakeholders in our organisation and the client side to the plans.
  5. Create a deep appreciation of the client side plans within our delivery team.
  6. Present our capabilities to high level executives of the organisation and create visibility for the services delivered by us across the organisation.
  7. Manage client escalations using a suitable delegation system and resolve conflicts with clients.
  8. Project the relationship within the relevant sector through working papers on the projects and the value created.

We are Looking for Someone with the Following Attributes:

  1. Prior experience of at least 12 years in Information Technology industry of which at least three are in Account Management or related functions, preferably within IT services delivery in GCC countries.
  2. Education - Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline, MBA from a reputed institution.
  3. Proven record of nurturing an account over a period of 2 years or more.
  4. Good communication skills in English, knowledge of Arabic would be a key differentiator.
  5. Demonstrated capability in budgeting, forecasting and project planning.
  6. Experience of managing multi-stakeholder environments.
