Atom Vs Celeron - Incomparable

Dear Rohit,

It is not fair to compare between the performance of an Atom processor to that of a Celeron and Dual Core processors. Atom processors are designed very specially to work with the present generation of net books and the latter are for use in notebooks. Performance definitely varies.

difference in the configurations of the above acer laptops

i just read all the contents of the above acer laptops available. The prices are really i feel are very attractive but i am not finding any major difference between the configurations of the above all models except the size of hard drives. Also help me if there is any optical drive or dvd writer with these models and if not what could be the price of the same if taken from u. Pls tell me the difference between the various acer models listed.

Acer Aspire One laptop pricelist

Dear Ravi,

As you rightly said, the only difference in the given list is on hard disk size and also the operating system used. 120GB systems with Windows have same price, 160GB systems with Windows have same price and similarly with Linux based systems.
